Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data KLS Review collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. KLS Review is an independent information and review website at klsreview.com. We do not run a casino, take bets, offer accounts or hold player money, so we collect very little about you. This policy was last updated on 3 November 2026.
1. What We Collect
When you contact us or send a report. Our Contact and Report forms do not send anything to our servers. When you press send, the form opens your own email app with your message filled in, and nothing reaches us until you send that email. We then receive what you chose to include, usually your name, your email address, your message and, for reports, the casino name, its website and what happened.
When you visit the site. Like any website, our hosting and security provider receives technical details needed to deliver pages and block attacks, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. We do not use these details to identify you.
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect payment details, identity documents or casino login details.
2. How We Use It
- To reply to your message or follow up on a report.
- To check and correct our reviews and guides, and to warn readers about problem casinos. We do not publish your name or email address with a report.
- To keep the site running and secure.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
3. Cookies and Tracking
KLS Review does not set its own cookies and, at the time of writing, does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting and security provider may use a strictly necessary security cookie to tell real visitors from automated traffic. If we ever add analytics, we will update this page first.
4. Services That Help Run the Site
- Cloudflare hosts and protects the site and processes the technical details described above.
- Google Fonts supplies the typeface used on our pages, so your browser contacts Google's servers, which receive your IP address.
- Email providers carry the messages you send us, both yours and ours.
These providers may store data on servers outside Malaysia. We share personal data with others only where the law requires it.
5. Links to Casinos
Some links on our site take you to casino websites, and some of those links carry a code that tells the casino you came from KLS Review. The casino may use it to pay us a commission. Once you leave our site, the casino's own privacy policy applies to anything you give it, including sign-up and payment details. We do not receive your casino login or payment details.
6. How Long We Keep It
We keep emails and reports only as long as we need them to deal with your message, follow up on a report or keep a record of a correction, and then delete them. Technical data held by our hosting provider is kept for a short period under its own policy.
7. Your Rights
Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and withdraw your consent to our using it. You can also ask us to delete your messages. Email [email protected] with the subject "Privacy request", and we will reply within 21 days.
8. Age
KLS Review is intended for adults aged 21 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger. If you believe someone under 21 has sent us personal data, tell us and we will delete it.
9. Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so please do not email us passwords, bank details or identity documents.
10. Changes to This Policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top. Please check it from time to time; our Terms & Conditions explain the other rules for using the site.
