VCity88 Review: Bonuses, Payments and What It Publishes

VCity88 is a Malaysian-facing online casino built around slots, daily free credit and a long list of promotions. When we checked it on 28 October 2026, it did get some things right: an RM1 minimum deposit, promotion terms set out in tables, and games from Pragmatic Play and JILI.

On the same visit it named no regulator, no licence number, no registered company and no address, and it had no terms and conditions, privacy policy or responsible-gambling page. We score it 3.2 out of 5 (see our rating scale).

Who Runs VCity88

The only operator name on the site is a trading name, "Royal Group Partnership". We found no registered company name, registration number, country or address. The domain vcity88.com was registered on 30 October 2023 through GoDaddy, with the owner's identity hidden behind a privacy service.

VCity88 is one of more than 30 brands listed on the group's own hub site, including at least ten VCITY-numbered sites. Do not confuse it with VCITY888, a sibling site with different terms, or with Virtual City Casino, a different operator.

VCity88's homepage names vcity88v1.com, v2 and v3 as "official domains", a backup table on the same page lists v1 to v5, and at least nine domains served the same site when we checked on 28 October 2026. With so many lookalike addresses, it is hard to tell which is genuine, and easy for a copycat to pose as the real site.

The Licence Claim and the Missing Terms

VCity88's own FAQ says, in full: "Yes. VCITY88 operates under a reputable international gaming license and complies with local regulations to ensure fair play and player protection." When we checked on 28 October 2026, it named no regulator and gave no licence number, so there was nothing a player could check against any register.

The homepage also says the site is "In Compliance With Malaysian Gaming Regulations". Malaysia does not issue licences for online casinos, so we cannot see how that claim could be accurate.

The footer "License" badge is the operator's own Royal Group Partnership logo, and it links to VCity88's own free-credit promotion. A "PENSIJILAN" (certification) strip shows iovation, BMM, iTech Labs and TST logos as one flat picture, with no certificate numbers, dates or links. None of those organisations is a gambling regulator.

The most serious gap is the paperwork. There is no terms and conditions page, privacy policy or responsible-gambling page: those links simply load the homepage again. That leaves no general written terms between you and the operator beyond the per-promotion tables.

Contact is limited to live chat, Telegram and a WhatsApp link labelled "Complain Hotline", with no email, phone number or postal address. If a withdrawal is refused, you have no terms and conditions to point to, no registered company to write to and no regulator to escalate to.

When we checked on 28 October 2026, we found no regulator action or official warning naming VCity88 in the sources we were able to check. That is not proof of a clean record: MCMC, Malaysia's communications regulator, does not publish its list of blocked domains.

Bonuses and What They Really Cost

To its credit, the promotions page sets out turnover, game limits and either a withdrawal cap or a bonus deduction for most offers. On 28 October 2026 it showed:

  • Welcome bonus: 50% up to RM150, minimum deposit RM5, turnover x4, slots only, with the bonus deducted when you withdraw.
  • 100% bonus: only for Touch 'n Go pin and telco pin deposits, turnover x7, maximum withdrawal 70%. Bank, e-wallet and USDT (a cryptocurrency) deposits are excluded.
  • Daily free credit: RM8.88 a day with no deposit, on event slot games only, and the most you can withdraw from it is RM10.
  • Reloads: 5% and 8% "unlimited" reloads (no ringgit cap stated), 20% on weekdays (up to RM188, x5) and 30% at weekends (up to RM288, x6).

Here is how the 50% welcome bonus works. If you deposited RM300, you would receive the full RM150, giving you RM450 in your account. The terms give the turnover as x4. Below we show it worked out both ways, on the deposit plus bonus and on the bonus alone.

On the deposit plus bonus, you would need RM1,800 of slot bets before withdrawing; on the bonus alone, RM600. The RM150 is then taken off your cash-out, so if you finished on RM500, you would receive RM350.

Several headline offers did not match the terms when we checked on 28 October 2026:

  • "RM88 free": the homepage advertises an "RM88 Welcome Gift ... no deposit required", but the no-deposit credit set out in its own promotion terms is RM8.88 a day, capped at RM10.
  • Referral commission: 8% per referred player on the promotions page, but 5% weekly on the homepage.
  • The "6%" rebate: the 2 Days Win & Lose Rebate is headlined at 6%, but the worked example in its own terms pays 0.1% on wins and 3% on losses.
  • A missing amount: the "Cuci Menang Bonus" shows its amount as "RMxxx", while still carrying turnover x6 and an RM666 cap.
  • Conditions that cannot both be met: three "10.10 Festival" offers set a minimum withdrawal above their own maximum, such as "Min Cuci RM800" against "Max Cuci RM30" ("cuci" means cash out). They were still showing on 28 October.

Any one could be an editing slip. Together, they mean you cannot rely on the homepage, and there is no terms and conditions page to settle which figure counts.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Entry is genuinely low: a minimum deposit of RM1 and a minimum withdrawal of RM25 (checked 28 October 2026). For deposits, the site says it takes Maybank2U, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now and Public Bank transfers, plus DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay and telco reload pins. We could not confirm which of these can receive withdrawals.

What is missing matters more. The site publishes no overall maximum withdrawal, nothing on withdrawal fees, and no banking page or general terms that set out how withdrawals are handled.

The promotions page promises "3-second withdrawals with NO maximum limit", yet on 28 October 2026, 18 of its 27 promotions set a withdrawal cap, some as low as RM10. The homepage also gives at least five different payout times, from "3 seconds" to "same-day payouts". Before you put real money anywhere, run through our real-money checklist.

Games We Could Confirm

VCity88 is mainly a slots site. We confirmed Pragmatic Play, JILI and AdvantPlay games on its own pages, and Mega888 is offered as "MEGA H5". The site's copy also names Playtech, Evolution, Spadegaming and "WF", but we could not confirm any of them as live.

Live baccarat, roulette, blackjack and Dragon Tiger are advertised, but the live lobby sits behind a login, so we could not verify the supplier. The sportsbook can be browsed without an account and, when we checked on 28 October 2026, showed 14 football leagues but no badminton or eSports, though both are advertised. Lottery and 4D betting is offered.

On fairness, the site says "All games use independently audited random number generators". Apart from the unlinked logo strip mentioned above, it names no testing lab and gives no certificate number or date.

What Players Report

We found no first-hand player report about VCity88, good or bad, in the public English, Malay or Chinese sources we checked. When we checked on 28 October 2026, we found no Trustpilot profile for vcity88.com, and a SmartCustomer (formerly Sitejabber) listing had no reviews. We were unable to access Casino Guru or Casinomeister pages for it.

That is an absence of information, not a good record. Be careful with other pages that come up when you search the brand name: one "review" we looked at sends its sign-up buttons to a different casino.

Before You Hand Over Your Details

The only account check VCity88 describes is a one-time code sent to your phone or email. We found no published ID-document check, and nothing on the site that would stop an under-18 from registering.

If you are later asked for your IC, a bank statement or a selfie, think about who receives them. VCity88 names no registered company and no address, so there is nobody identifiable to hold responsible if your documents or bank details are misused.

Mega888 and 918Kiss-type games are usually installed as separate apps from outside Google Play and the Apple App Store, which carries a real risk to your phone's security. Think twice before installing one from a link or chat message.

The site also promotes an "Online Casino Scam Rescue Program" to recover players' losses. Be very wary of any offer, from anyone, to get back money lost gambling: it is a common way for people who have already lost money to be targeted again. If gambling is costing you more than you planned, see our responsible gaming page for help.

The Verdict

To be fair, when we checked on 28 October 2026, VCity88 had an RM1 minimum deposit, an RM25 minimum withdrawal, promotion terms written out in tables, and confirmed Pragmatic Play, JILI, AdvantPlay and Mega888 games. Its sportsbook and live chat worked without logging in.

The basics some players rely on were missing: there was no named regulator, licence number, registered company, address or terms and conditions page, and the homepage contradicted its own promotions page. We score it 3.2 out of 5. If those points matter to you, compare it with our other rated casinos.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is VCity88 licensed?

We could not verify any licence. VCity88's own FAQ says it operates under "a reputable international gaming license", but it names no regulator and gives no licence number. The footer "License" badge is the operator's own Royal Group Partnership logo, linking to its own promotion page. Its homepage also claims to be "In Compliance With Malaysian Gaming Regulations", but Malaysia does not issue licences for online casinos. Checked on 28 October 2026.

Is VCity88 safe to play at?

We rate it 3.2 out of 5 and set out the facts so you can decide. When we checked on 28 October 2026, the site named no regulator, no registered company and no address, had no terms and conditions page or privacy policy, and offered contact only by live chat, Telegram and WhatsApp. If a payout is disputed, there are no site-wide terms to rely on and no named company or regulator to contact.

Who owns VCity88?

The site gives only a trading name, Royal Group Partnership. We found no registered company name, registration number, country or address, and the domain owner's identity is hidden behind a privacy service. VCity88 is one of more than 30 brands listed on the group's own hub site.

Does VCity88 really give RM88 free credit?

Not according to its own promotion terms. The homepage advertised an RM88 no-deposit welcome gift, but the terms we read on 28 October 2026 showed a no-deposit credit of RM8.88 a day, for event slot games only, with a maximum withdrawal of RM10.

What are the minimum deposit and withdrawal at VCity88?

On 28 October 2026 the site listed a minimum deposit of RM1 and a minimum withdrawal of RM25. It publishes no overall maximum withdrawal, and most of its promotions cap what you can cash out, some at RM10.

Which VCity88 website is the official one?

We cannot say with confidence. The homepage names vcity88v1.com, vcity88v2.com and vcity88v3.com as official, a backup table on the same page lists v1 to v5, and at least nine domains served the same site when we checked on 28 October 2026. With so many lookalike addresses a copycat is hard to spot, so we do not link to any of them.
