Pavilion88 (P88) Review: Bonuses, Payments and Licence Checked
Pavilion88, which also trades as P88, is a slots-led casino for Malaysian players with live casino, sports betting, lottery and a set of mini games. It is known for small entry points: RM1 deposits and free credit for Touch 'n Go top-ups. This review sets out what we found on its site when we checked on 30 October 2026.
We rate Pavilion88 3.2 out of 5 (see how we arrive at our scores). It shows the terms of each promotion clearly and lets you start from very small amounts. The points to weigh: the Curaçao licence it names is tied to a master licence that its holder said would end in August 2024, the minimums it publishes do not match each other, and the brand runs across several web addresses.
Games and Sister Brands
The site leads with slots. Its live transaction feed shows players on JILI, 918Kiss and Mega888, and the promotions mention Pragmatic Play. There is also a live casino, a sportsbook (the homepage lists odds on Malaysia Super League football), lottery, fishing games and a "Mini Games" section.
Pavilion88 shows an "A66 Group Partnership" badge, and its footer carries the logos of related brands: A66, SB88, RA88, MB88, CYL88, Alpha66, TX66, Crown99 and WZ66. Its promotion terms also refer to "General A66 Terms & Conditions", so the brands appear to share one set of rules. If you already play at one of them, expect a familiar layout.
Welcome Bonus and the Win-Over Target
The welcome bonus is a single offer for your first deposit:
| Bonus | Min deposit | Max bonus | Target | Games |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 50% Welcome Bonus | RM30 | RM388 | (deposit + bonus) x3 | All slots except JILI |
The x3 figure is a target balance rather than a wagering total. Pavilion88's own example: deposit RM50, receive RM25, and you need RM75 × 3 = RM225 before you can withdraw. The bonus is limited to one claim per user, name and IP address. It cannot be used on live games, sports, lottery, fishing or the "Monkey" mini game, and you cannot buy or save free games, wilds or other features while it is active.
Other Promotions
The promotions page is split into E-Wallet, Free, Daily, Special, No Turnover, Unlimited, Reload, Kumpul Resit and VIP tabs. Offers we saw include RM6 free on a RM1 deposit, a 30% weekend bonus, a 0.5% extra on every spin and bet, and Touch 'n Go top-up bonuses of RM3, RM5 and an unlimited 25%.
The Touch 'n Go offers show how detailed the rules can be. The RM5 top-up bonus, for example, needs a RM5 deposit made with a Touch 'n Go QR or PIN through the VPAY, ZPAY or ThunderPay gateways, can be claimed up to three times a day, needs x5 turnover, requires your wallet to be below RM0.01 when you claim, and is for slots only. Claiming it after a bank deposit forfeits your credit. Read each card before you tap claim.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Pavilion88 takes e-wallet and bank deposits, with Touch 'n Go top-ups going through payment gateways. Its published minimums are not consistent:
- The wallet panel on the site shows a minimum deposit of RM1 and a minimum withdrawal of RM20.
- The homepage text says deposits start at RM10 and withdrawals at RM30, processed within 5 minutes to 1 hour with no fees.
- The welcome bonus needs a RM30 deposit.
Maximum limits are not published. If you plan to withdraw a large win, ask support for the limit first. We have not tested a payout.
The Licence Question
The footer says P88 is "a registered trade mark, brand, and registered by Moon Technologie", "regulated & licensed by the Government of Curacao" and operating under the master licence of Gaming Services Provider, N.V. #1168/JAZ. In June 2024, Asia Gaming Brief reported that Gaming Services Provider N.V., which trades as Gaming Curacao, had told its clients its master licence would not be extended and would expire on 18 August 2024. The licence number reported for that master licence was 365/JAZ.
Curaçao has since moved to a new licensing system, in which operators hold licences directly. We found no licence of that kind named on the site, and Moon Technologie is not described anywhere else on it.
Web Addresses
Pavilion88 runs across several addresses. When we checked, the top Google result for the name was pav88b.xyz, whose title names P88.cool, and that site links to pavillion88.org. Other sites use the Pavilion88 name without being the casino: at least one, pavilion88.vip, sends its sign-up buttons to a different casino altogether. Check that the site you land on has the P88 cashier and promotion cards described above before you deposit.
The Verdict
We rate Pavilion88 3.2 out of 5. It is easy to start with, its promotion cards spell out targets and game restrictions, and the RM1 entry point suits players who want to try a few slots cheaply. Against that, the Curaçao licence it names rests on a master licence its holder said would end in August 2024, the licence number does not match the one reported for that licence, the minimum deposit and withdrawal figures disagree with each other, and the brand is spread across many web addresses. Weigh those points, or look through our full list of reviewed casinos.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is Pavilion88 licensed?
Its footer says it is licensed by the Government of Curaçao under the master licence of Gaming Services Provider N.V. #1168/JAZ. That company told its clients in June 2024 that its master licence would expire on 18 August 2024 and would not be extended, and the number reported for it was 365/JAZ. We found no current licence to check.
Is Pavilion88 safe to play at?
We rate it 3.2 out of 5 and set out the facts so you can decide. Its promotion terms are clear and it accepts very small deposits, but the licence it names rests on an expired master licence, its published minimums disagree, and the brand runs across several web addresses.
What is the Pavilion88 welcome bonus?
A 50% first-deposit bonus up to RM388 from a RM30 deposit. Your balance must reach (deposit + bonus) x3 before you can withdraw, for example RM225 on a RM50 deposit. It is for slots only, excluding JILI, and can be claimed once per user, name and IP.
What is the minimum deposit at Pavilion88?
The wallet panel shows RM1 and the homepage text says RM10. Some offers, such as RM6 free on a RM1 deposit, work from RM1, while the welcome bonus needs RM30.
Does Pavilion88 accept Touch n Go?
Yes. Touch 'n Go top-ups go through payment gateways, and several bonuses are only for Touch 'n Go deposits made by QR or PIN through VPAY, ZPAY or ThunderPay.
Is P88 the same as Pavilion88?
Yes. The casino calls itself both Pavilion88 and P88, and uses addresses including pav88b.xyz and P88.cool. Some other sites use the Pavilion88 name without being the casino, so check the site before depositing.
